Or shall I say I'm back and this time, I'm working ALONE (for those who I've done transactions with know I had a partner to handle all of these deals).
Why the almost one year hiatus/break? Well, I'm a full time college student, a part time worker, and during my free time, have to manage family and relationship issues. Thus, my life has been hectic and I haven't had the time to update this site. But I'm back now, and that's all that matters!
I'll try to update with a meaningful entry later. Meanwhile, enjoy the new items!!
